Art FAQ
What is your shipping policy?
Artwork is carefully packaged and comes bubbled wrapped with protective cardboard over the corners of the canvas. Each painting comes with 2 layers of acrylic varnish to protect the painting and the colour. Artwork comes with a certificate of authenticity and will be posted ‘tracked’ using Parcel Force or another Global Courier depending on where you live.
Canvas are posted on the frame, however for larger paintings I can post rolled in a tube if you prefer to re-frame.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. I offer interest free payment plans. If you would like to discuss a payment plan for one of my available works, or a new commission, please get in touch.
How do I commission you?
If you are interested in discussing a commission, we can either chat in person, over the phone or via Zoom. Every commission is different. Some clients have a specific idea in mind, others are happy for me to create something intuitively for them. I can work with specific colours, styles and sizes. You can be as involved in the process as you like - I can send images and videos of the process - or you can wait until the painting is finished before you see it. It’s entirely up to you. I take 50% deposit for a commission, with the balance due on completion. For more information on Commissions
How do you take payments?
I currently accept payments via PayPal, Stripe or Bank transfer. I provide an invoice and receipt for all purchases.
