When was the last time you played? Just let go and had fun for the fun of it? I bet the answer is rarely - especially given everything that’s going on with the world at the moment.
Now more than ever, we need to tap into our inner creativity - and YES we are ALL creative. Our lives are busy, the world demands high performance, multi-tasking, following the process and playing by the rules. This leaves us overwhelmed and confused with not much room for fun, play or creativity in our everyday lives.
Join me on Saturday 21 November from 10 am - 12 midday for a Zoom Intuitive Painting Class.
Creating spontaneously, allowing the painting to evolve until there is an explosion of energy and colour on the canvas, is a liberating, fun and healing experience. And you don’t need to have any ‘art/painting’ experience to do this.
Lockdown and the pandemic is unleashing our creativity. Whether it’s out of boredom, family bonding, learning a new skill or simply a need to express what cannot be verbalised.
Art and creativity is an amazing way to reconnect with yourself. Intuitive painting is like a moving mediation. You get to explore, play, relax and express yourself without judgement. What’s not to love about that?

Download the Zoom Application (free).
Book and pay. Cost is £25 or you can book an Early Bird before 11th November for £20. You will receive a Zoom invitation a few days before the class with a list of the things we will be using.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Some paints - I use acrylic but you can use watercolour or oil paint. If you don’t have any paint at home, you can order these very cheaply online.
Canvas, board or paper to paint on.
